Sandra Visser

ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach

Sandra worked as one of my closest associates for about a decade before moving to Boulder, Colorado. Now she travels back a few times a year to deliver the Coaching Intensive training with me. She also offers Vision Days for the lucky few who can catch her whilst she is in the UK.

Before becoming an executive coach, Sandra worked for 9 years at advertising agencies McCann-Erickson, AMV/BBDO and TBWA. She account directed multi-discipline teams on a variety of national and international blue-chip client accounts and was a leading member of the New Business team at AMV/BBDO. For TBWA she spearheaded the People department; training, developing and coaching the agency’s key talent.

Sandra is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach, who blends her business experience and her MA training in Psycho-spiritual Psychology into her unique approach to coaching.

Sandra is a certified NLP Practitioner and a qualified ‘Advanced Executive Coach’, achieving a distinction from the Academy of Executive Coaching.  She is a trained CTI coach and Systems Coach (ORSC), and is a qualified administrator of MBTI, Leadership Circle Profile and the Team Diagnostic Assessment.

Sandra is inspired to ignite clients in leadership positions to have their work be a compelling expression of their authentic, inspired self. She helps clarify the unique contribution her clients are here to make, and guides them to make this the ‘organizing principle’ for how they show up as leaders of their organizations and teams. She loves championing leaders at crossroads or turning points of their career to create and manifest inspired visions for themselves, their organization and the world around them.

Sandra is also passionate about coaching executive teams to unleash their ‘team genius’. Through a combination of assessment, coaching, training and facilitation, she helps teams move from being held back by unhelpful team dynamics to creating the intentional team environments that allow for inspiration and sustainable success to flow.

Sandra’s coaching and facilitation style is perceptive, bright, intuitive and engaging; she accelerates her clients’ capacity to have the impact they are designed to make.
