Journaling and Co-writing

As part of our commitment to supporting women and fostering wellbeing and creativity, we have a number of women’s journaling events and retreats available throughout the year.

Weekly Online Journaling Sessions

These free sessions take place on Tuesdays from 7 am to 8.30 am UK time via Zoom

Join us for 90 minutes of supportive and inspiring co- journaling each Tuesday morning .

We write together within a warm and supportive atmosphere.

Join us, as you are, from 7 am – 8.30 am and start your day with intentionality and space for your creativity and writing.

We start with a heart-based, self-compassion centering and follow up with writing prompts to get the pen moving and the creative juices stirred.

You have over an hour of silent writing time to work on your own projects.

You will learn new skills to enhance your journaling practice.

You will be amazed at how much you write.

And…

  • You only share if you want to.
  • You only put your camera on if you want to
  • Come as you are – pyjamas welcome
