We know how positive coaching can create an incredible ripple effect through an organisation. That’s why we are dedicated to offering training, mentoring and support to both independent and in–house coaches keen to promote positive coaching for their clients.

Like many coaches, it’s likely you began your coaching career because you love people and want to help them. But, like many coaches, you hit two stumbling blocks.

First, although you love people, you see less of them. In fact, it becomes quite lonely after a corporate job as you don’t see enough people. Secondly, while you are good at coaching, gaining new business or knowing how to structure your business proves challenging.

But you are not alone.

We are here to share our experience, and help you become the best coach you can be. Here’s how…

Positive Vision Day licensed training

Become certified and licensed to use our tried and tested Positive Vision Day programme.

The training includes full guidance on how to set up these programmes with your clients. You will learn the psychology underpinning of each of the exercises, and be provided with branded or unbranded collateral licensed to use with your first year of mentoring.

Why train with us?

Previous delegates report earning the training fee back within their first three months. They also say the Vision Day approach is their most favourite offering, that benefits both them and their clients.

We are now taking applications for the certification programme.

We are running the certification in two ways in 2024.

  • 1:1 Fast track, in person certification, mentoring and supervision with Fiona Parashar or one of her senior trainers to ensure you successfully deliver and add Positive Vision Day programmes to your own coaching business.
  • Small groups, 6-month blended in-person and virtual certification and mentoring programme to help you set up Positive Vision Days in your own business.

Positive mentoring

Choose any one of our team as a mentor for your coaching business.

If you work as a coach in-house, we will show you how to build and sustain your internal coaching offering.

For independent coaches, we can help you to build your practice and create a point of difference.

Positive supervision

Our certified supervisors offer 1:1 support, enabling you to meet CPD requirements and gain the resources you need to become a great coach.

We also support internal coach teams through group supervision and masterclasses.

Positive Coaching certification

We are preparing our six-month certification, based on a masterclass and mentoring approach. 

Working individually and in small groups, your assigned mentor will give lots of feedback and hands-on coaching, drawing on a strong evidence base from the field of positive psychology, leadership and behavioural sciences.

The masterclasses deep dive into positive psychology and leadership through discussion and coaching. It will include plenty of experiential learning – with practice, observation and feedback in triads.

Positive masterminds

What are they?

Masterminds are virtual groups of six coaches that meet for four sessions, on a Monday, for four weeks. 

Facilitated by one of our experienced coaches, it’s your opportunity to share goals, hopes fears and ideas.

Why attend?

Each session is uplifting, focused and designed to offer you mentoring and support to deal with business issues and coaching challenges.

We help connect you with other coaches to build a positive and supportive network.
