“Develop a passion for learning. If you do you will never cease to grow.” Anthony D’ Angelo
Before becoming a trainer and coach, I spent 20 years working in media companies including 14 years at BBC Worldwide in sales and commercial leadership roles. During all my leadership roles, I was determined that people had the right training and support to enable them to be the best they could be in their roles and to progress.
That interest led me to leave the corporate world 13 years ago and embark on a new journey focused on training, facilitating and coaching teams and individuals. My experience of recruiting and building teams across disciplines has given me a real understanding of the challenges managers face when working to create outstanding teams.
My facilitation and coaching style are approachable, friendly, and practical, supported by sound theory. I like to encourage conversation; challenge thinking and stretch people’s mindsets to explore opportunities for growth. I love learning and am driven by a desire to support people to grow in their roles as individuals and leaders.
I am an active member of Bloom, the largest women’s network in the communications industry as a mentor and lead for MPower. Outside of work you will find me hiking or cycling around the Surrey Hills. I am a committed Saturday morning Park Runner and have recently discovered padel tennis. Whilst exercise is my go-to, I also love a night out with wine, family and friends.
