Geetha Ramachandran

Leadership Transformation Coach

"When we first spoke, you mentioned that everyone has the answers within themselves. I found this to be true yesterday. Beliefs that have been lurking about for years, but with the 'Geetha light' shining on them suddenly aren't so limiting or scary!" This was a comment from a senior leader after her first coaching session. Geetha shares what it has meant to be a leadership coach and a transformation coach, and who her ideal client is.

I shifted from a senior management role to being a coach around 2010 when I realised that what I enjoyed most was working ‘with people’ and enabling their success. As I had a passion for coaching senior leaders and teams, I trained in Personal & Business Coaching, Agile & Team Coaching and Leadership Coaching. Being curious about the science and psychology of change, I also trained as a Change Management Practitioner. This combination of my Engineering background with Psychology and People Change has been the most insightful decade of my 20+ year career.

Winning a “Made a Difference” award early on, after 6 months with an FMCG startup for team transformation, made me realise that this work had true value for leaders and their teams. I felt truly humbled to also receive “The Telegraph’s Woman of the Year 2018” award for organisational transformation and an NPS score of 100 for 1-to-1 leadership coaching in a global corporate.

What I enjoy the most is working 1-to-1 with senior leaders, helping them become the best version of themselves. I also enjoy working with managers / emerging leaders who are transitioning to senior roles. As a Coach, I believe that you as the Coachee already innately know what to do. I help you uncover this through coaching techniques. If you have a passion for great leadership, results can be achieved within a short period of time with transformation coaching. Common themes are individual leadership style, presence, confidence, work relationships, situational leadership, collective leadership, visionary leadership and creating engaged high-performance teams.

As an optional insight for leaders, I am qualified to help you do the Leadership Circle Profile, also known as the ‘leadership X-ray’, a 360 tool, that gives you a global norm base percentile score, comparing aspects like leadership effectiveness, with other senior leaders from Chief Execs to Directors.
