Myers Briggs

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a world famous personality profile used across the globe. As a business tool, it helps you to understand your own personality traits and biases, your drives, stresses, triggers and strengths, within the context of a group or team.

Who is it for?

We recommend the MBTI test for any newly formed team who would like to better understand their behaviours, responses and group dynamic.

There are several ways we can incorporate MBTI into your coaching. It can be used within team-coaching or as an additional day. You can book an in-depth 1-on-1 appraisal of your profile. Lastly, we offer optional days that review MBTI in the context of specific factors, such as stress, conflict or negotiation.

How does it work?

First, we ask group members to complete the profile online. The MBTI comes up with 16 different personality types, and what that means for teams, conflicts and stress.

Using the results, we’ll plan activities best suited to the dynamic showing up in your team. Our aim is to help you understand each other, your strengths and weaknesses.

During the team day, we will present the results to you, and demonstrate how to apply the outcome in line with the business goals.

What will we get out of it?

You will come away with a broader understanding of your team’s biases, allowing for greater compassion and productivity. There will be an increase in your team’s self-awareness and a raised level of mutual respect for each other’s personality types.
