Our coaches donate a percentage of our time to working with charities at a discounted rate. If you are a UK charity and feel that you would benefit from some executive coaching for your top or rising individuals or teams, please call us to find out how we can help.

We offer:

Vision Day for CEO's and Managing Directors
Brain and Personality profiling feedback sessions using Emergenetics or Myers Briggs
Emotional Intelligence Profiling to assess your levels of Emotional Intelligence using MSCEIT

Don't worry about the jargon, suffice to say they are excellent, robust and well-researched tools which facilitate an increase in your self-awareness, a new language in dealing with issues emerging in your life and in the office and a fresh perspective on your interactions with people and tasks.

The end result is an enhanced awareness of your own leadership style, its impact on those around you, improved performance and better communication skills.

All our coaches offer a discounted service of a minimum of one day a month to charities who apply. We will respond with the best fit of coach and advise on timing. The strongest cases will receive priority.
