Wellbeing Day

Rebalance and renew your mind and spirit. Use the latest thinking to help centre yourself and embrace a revitalised sense of wellbeing.

What is it?

Ideal as a standalone or a way to kick-start a programme, this is a programme with 12 well-structured exercises, specially designed to stimulate professional and personal wellbeing. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Bath this intensive day provides a soothing environment, encourages a connection with nature and creates an enjoyable yet profound experience.

Who is it for?

The programme is perfect for any senior level executive keen to address wellbeing within themselves and their team or organisation. It gives senior leaders a chance to devise wellbeing strategies and a personal programme.

It’s particularly good for people who are overwhelmed, jaded, burned out or generally ill at ease with the way their work/life balance is currently structured.

How does it work?

We’ll first ask you to complete some pre-work in the form of stimulus questions, a wellbeing wheel self assessment and an online strengths questionnaire. You then arrive in Bath to work 1-to-1 with your coach for the Wellbeing day.

Based on Positive Psychology, the day covers 12 unique exercises, from creative and outdoors, to practical and thought provoking. The morning is spent ascertaining wellbeing vision and values, and learning some meditation and mindfulness techniques. The afternoon focuses on strength-based action planning to ensure you leave with a new wellbeing programme in place.

Six weeks after the Wellbeing Day, you will have a one-hour follow-up call.

What will I get out of it?

You will feel calmer and more in control. You will have clarity about what creates wellbeing for you and have a strategy for achieving wellbeing going forward. You will have learned mindfulness, stillness and meditation techniques and had a chance to stop and regroup with full attentive support and dynamic generative listening.
