BACKGROUND

As an executive coach, consultant and trainer for the last 20 years, Lucy is passionate about developing leaders so that their confidence, impact and natural talents grow and flourish throughout their leadership journey. This means she is fascinated with helping teams and individuals find their voice; develop their presence; have impact in the Boardroom and lead and motivate their teams with passion and insight.

COACHING EXPERTISE

Three vital chapters in Lucy’s life inform her approach.  Firstly on the stage, (failed opera singer but would-be Julie Andrews!), then Sales Director in London and Sydney and latterly as a business psychologist. Lucy is Honorary Lecturer at the University of East London in the Application of Positive Psychology to Coaching and Organisations and keynote speaker across Europe.

In the last decade Lucy has worked with leaders from diverse organisations across Europe including Bauer Media; OMD; A&E Networks; Sony; OUP; UNICEF and ICO (Independent Cinema Office).

With a unique ‘bank’ of coaching models and methods, Lucy also trains coaches and psychologists across Europe in strengths based approaches, resilience and positive psychology.

QUALIFICATIONS

Lucy is a member of the Association of Coaching, a trainer with the Penn Resilience Programme team, certified as an NLP Master Practitioner and licensed to administrate the VIA-PRO Strengths Survey; the MSCEIT (the Emotional Intelligence Ability Test) and the Strengths Deployment Inventory.

Lucy is oneof only a handful of people in Europe with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, shespecialises in applying it to the business world, with specific interests in strengths based coaching and organisational resilience.

Lucy is currently studying for a PhD in Leadership at the University of Liverpool, with a focus on female executives at midlife.
